ABOUT KELLY SU​


PHILOSOPHY

Kelly Su appreciates the art and science of therapeutic massage. She facilitates the body's own ability to heal. Kelly Su strives for client satisfaction and to reach mutually agreed-upon long- and short-term goals. Client education is also essential, and each is encouraged to participate in one's own healing process through recommended self-care techniques. 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS


Five years in private practice in Denver, Colorado as owner of On the Table Massage, addressing a variety of medical conditions, including autoimmune disorders and lymphedema


Five years as senior therapist at Soulstice in Englewood, Colorado, administering peri-operative therapy for reconstructive surgery patients


Six years of clinical experience as lead therapist at Medical Massage Center in Littleton, Colorado, treating trauma-induced injuries, including auto accident and workers compensation cases, acute and chronic pain, and repetitive strain syndromes


Certification in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy, in 2009 with biennial recertification


Certification in both the St. John Method and the American Version of Neuromuscular Therapy, in 2004 and 2002, respectively​


Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, since 1999


American Massage Therapy Association Professional Member, since 1998

PERSONAL

Kelly Su brings compassion to the table after suffering through her own chronic health issues, including musculoskeletal injuries, multiple chemical sensitivities, topical steroid withdrawal, and thyroid dysfunction. She has embarked on her own healing journey that includes raw food, yoga, and meditation. She is happy to share her own experience to help support her clients on their individual paths to optimum wellness.

In 2010, Kelly Su moved back to her home state of Connecticut after eighteen years in Colorado and two years in California. In addition to her massage education, Kelly Su earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Design from the University of Connecticut.
